Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my Christmas installation?

We recommend booking as early as October. Our schedule fills up fast — especially for November installs. The sooner you book, the more flexible we can be with your preferred date.

Do you provide the lights or do I need to buy them?

We provide all of our professional-grade commercial LED lights as part of the service. They're far superior to what you'd find at a retail store — brighter, more durable, and energy-efficient. We store them between seasons too.

What happens if some lights go out during the season?

Don't worry — maintenance is included in every Christmas package. Just give us a call and we'll come out and fix any issues at no extra cost.

When do you take the lights down?

We typically schedule takedowns in January after New Year's. You choose a date that works for you, and we handle everything — including packing and storing your lights until next season.

What is permanent lighting?

Permanent lighting is a low-profile LED track system mounted discreetly under your roofline. It stays up year-round, blends in during the day, and is controlled from an app on your phone — any color, any pattern, any holiday.

Can I see permanent lights during the day?

Barely. The track is color-matched to your trim and tucked under the eave, so from the street it looks like part of the house. At night it's a different story.
